gridscale GmbH appoints Nicola Römer as new chief marketing officer

gridscale, provider of the world’s easiest IaaS solution, brought Nicola Römer (32) as Chief Marketing Officer on board. As a member of the company management, Römer works in close cooperation with the founders in order to raise the international awareness of the Cologne-based company.

img_1354-bearbeitetBefore joining gridscale, Römer was founder and CEO of the Kölner Schatztüte (Colognian treasure bag), an innovative concept that combines local products of traditional companies with a modern online and offline marketing concept. Römer started her career in 2003 as project manager at IBM Germany, where she has mainly been in charge of IT projects with the German Federal Forces. In 2009, Römer moved to the State Street Bank, where she did not only work in Global Relationship Management, but also established and led a strategic and customer-oriented research center as European Director.
